You will deepen daily practices and experience choices to keep your spiritual practice vibrant and compelling, with expanded takes on the spiritual law, meditation, Mahavkya and affirmations for each day of the week. You will also receive a grounding and enriching pranayama sequence and more experiential gratitude and grace exercises.

You will learn the advanced spiritual philosophies of Patanjali and Adi Shankara and explore these philosophies within your art journal to more deeply examine the implications for you and your path.

You will explore different belief systems about past lives and do advanced imagination work regarding pre-incarnation planning including questions such as ‘why I chose my family’ and ‘why I chose my significant life lessons.’

You will learn about the seven higher states of consciousness that we have access to as we go deeper in meditation, and you will explore these in your journal.

You will build on prior imagination and intuitive work with a firm intention to expand intuitive capability. You will create journal pages as an homage to what you experience in the process.

You will explore methods of identifying archetypes and ways of connecting to the archetypal realm. You will identify at least one archetype you want to deeply know through your art journal work.

Using a broader definition of ‘Self” you will paint one or a series of portraits in your art journal that include seeing the divinity within.

You will learn about sacred altars and then create an altar within your art journal which will be a way of honoring yourself by representing your ideals. Your altar will include sacred items that have significance to you and bring you feelings of celebration, peace, love and inspiration. The altar pages will contain elements of nature and pay homage to your guides and archetypes.

You will learn about and further explore the Divine or Sacred Feminine through a greater understanding of wisdom tradition’s divine mother figures. You will choose at least one of these figures for a deeper art journal connection.

As a Tribe, we will do a ceremony of completion of the SoulArt work. Within this work, you will create a ritual including an inspiring statement of intent that explains how you will use the experience and knowledge you have gained to continue to let your inner light guide you to your highest and best work.

You will Interact with fellow Soul Artist Tribe Mates in a private group and participate in regular calls where we inspire, nurture and support one another, sharing journal pages, insights and painting tips.
