What You will Experience

  • The Primordial Sound Meditation course is taught in four lessons which you can access on demand.

  • Starting with lesson one, you will begin or deepen a daily meditation practice. You will learn the basic principles of meditation, its history and the importance of the mantra technique.

  • Lesson two is a scheduled private one-on-one instruction where you receive your personal mantra from Jane in a special ceremony.

  • Lesson three will help support you in creating an ongoing successful daily meditation practice. You will share your experiences thus far and get answers to any questions that have arisen in your new meditation practice.

  • In the final lesson, you will learn about the higher states of consciousness that can be experienced with regular Primordial Sound Meditation practice.
